How Not to Treat Your Device

Classroom Management and Storage of the Devices:

  • Consider keeping the iPod boxes and velcroing them to the students desk or a main table. Then the kids have a place to store them when they are not in use and they can be easily packed up and moved in bulk as well.
  • For easy storage for locking up at night or over vacations, consider these storage options above. One campus found a simple CD sleeve that allows for storage of approximately 5 iPods at a time.
  • Some campuses are using see through shoe holders that can be found at Wal-Mart or The Container Store. This can be portable for classes that switch throughout the day.
  • For iPads, a simple file container or a locked file drawer with hanging file folders will allow for easy storage and locking.
